Hi, I am Lauren: Music, Muscles, Mascara and Mindfulness! I am a uniquely created child of God who seeks to serve others while being a role model with a healthy body and mind. As an educator and motivational speaker, I seek to help instill confidence and self-worth in others. As a professional performer, I seek opportunities to shine vocally and theatrically. As a Miss Florida candidate, I pursue excellence through showcasing success, style, service, and scholarship. I am a strong, dedicated, passionate woman who champions the arts and an advocate who seeks to help people struggling with eating disorders.

 

I have been performing for the last 20 years. I have performed professionally throughout the state of Florida and currently hold the title of Miss Tampa. I started my social impact initiative called, Uniquely You, after overcoming an eating disorder. I volunteer at hospitals, treatment facility centers, schools, and organizations speaking on behalf of how to live a healthy and happy life and how to address signs and symptoms of eating disorders. I am able to teach people of all ages how to have overall wellness and be confident in who they are.
